Online Admissions Checklist

How to Apply

We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and 'Create A New Student Application' for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.


Our Application Process

STEP 1

Complete an application online (following the steps outlined above) and upload the following items:

  • Child’s birth certificate
  • Updated health papers - current physical and Immunization Record
  • Minimum of two years of report cards from all previous grade levels (if applicable)
  • Copy of at least two years of standardized test results (if applicable)
  • Copy of any support or guidance reports/forms you may have from your child’s previous school experience or from a specialist (if applicable)
  • Copies of referrals, services or testing documentation (including but not limited to Gifted testing, Title 1, Speech Services, Academic Testing, Behavioral Testing, IEP, SSP, 504 Plans, etc.) if applicable
  • Copy of any custodial papers (if applicable)

STEP 2

We will contact you to schedule an interview with you, and an observation/assessment with your child. You will be notified of the next steps promptly after.

STEP 3: ENROLLMENT

Upon acceptance to Villa Madonna School, you will need to complete the enrollment packet online, pay the registration fee, and upload the following items: 

  • Completed Enrollment Packet
  • Copy of your child’s sacramental certificates (Baptism, Holy Communion) (if applicable)

At this point, your child(ren) is/are an enrolled student at Villa Madonna School. Welcome to the VMS Family!
